European Green Transition plc (AIM: EGT), a company focused on acquiring, integrating and optimising revenue-generating and profitable services businesses in the critical infrastructure sector, announces that, further to its announcement on 12 March 2026, a Circular containing further details of the Placing, the Subscription and the Notice of General Meeting will be posted to Shareholders today. The Circular will also be available on the Company’s website at www.europeangreentransition.com.

The General Meeting will take place at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP at The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF on 30 March 2026 at 9:30 a.m.
