Grand Vision Media Holdings (GVMH) is an integrated out-door digital media company, employing unique, glasses-free 3D technology in digital out-of-home (OOH) media. The company deploys this innovative display and marketing technology at strategic, high traffic locations, enabling advertisers to engage with affluent consumers in important and growing markets across China and elsewhere in the world.
Originally founded in Hong Kong in 2014 by a group of seasoned media and IT executives, on 19th June 2018, Grand Vision Media Holdings Plc (GVMH) was formed following a reverse takeover and the completion of the acquisition of GVC Holdings Ltd. GBP1,010,000 was raised via a new share issue, providing capital to fund the next phase of growth.
The OOH market space in China is huge and growing but also fragmented, which presents great opportunities for GVMH. Although the technology is at an early stage, as first mover and with a broadening range of revenue technologies emerging, GVMH looks well placed to play a significant role in a market estimated to be some $30bn in 6 years time.
