The Board of Kanabo notes the announcement published earlier today by U.K. SPAC (“UK SPAC”) and are delighted that the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) has approved the prospectus issued by UK SPAC in connection with its acquisition of Hellenic Dynamics Ltd (“Hellenic”) and the proposed re-admission of UK SPAC (to be renamed Hellenic Dynamics Plc) to the standard listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.

As announced on 24 May 2021, Kanabo has acquired an interest over £750,000 worth of shares in Hellenic Dynamics which the Company will receive as part of the proposed listing of Hellenic Dynamics.
