Alpha Prospects Ltd, the investment management company focused on Innovative Energy Solutions, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Strike Foundation Guarantee Limited, (STRIKE Foundation”); Strategic Technology Resources Industry Knowledge and Empowerment (STRIKE) and Strike Ground Zero Ltd (SGZ) to license the MSAART intellectual property for the country of Malaysia.

The various Strike companies have been established to provide intellectual property protection for the MSAART technology developed by inventor Malcolm Bendall. This protection includes patent applications that have been filed as follows:

24th January 2024 – Linear Thunderstorm Generator
24th January 2024 – Sphere Ratios
15th April 2024 – Concentric Cylinder Thunderstorm Generator
2nd May 2024 – Implosive Turbine

These technologies have been proven to achieve record reductions in Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbons and other toxic components found in exhaust gas emissions. They can also capture and recycle the normally lost waste heat energy as a fuel, this occurs whilst increasing the Oxygen levels in the resulting exhaust gases.

The purchase price for this licence was GBP £500,000. Alpha Prospect has settled this by the issue of 3,333,333 Alpha Prospects ordinary shares at 15 pence each.

Discussions are already underway with parties in Malaysia and we have received a letter of intent from a suitable partner. We expect to develop this new market opportunity quickly.”
